Small Vacuum Parts Dryer:
• overall unit dimensions are 29 inches wide by 46 1/2 inches long by 37 1/2 inches tall
• chamber dimensions (usable) are 14 inches wide (at horizontal centerline) by 14 inches long by 14 inches deep
• rated for 230 volts, 3 phase at 240°F

Large Vacuum Parts Dryer:
• overall unit dimensions are 58 3/4 inches wide by 64 3/4 inches long by 44 inches tall

• chamber dimensions (usable) are 23 inches wide (at horizontal centerline) by 35 inches long by 37 inches deep
• rated for 240 volts, 3 phase at 240°F


Both dryers are fully automatic and are skid mounted, or we can equip your dryer with casters. Either of these dryers can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into an existing wash system. Dryers are pre-piped and pre-wired requiring only electricity and compressed air supplied to the rear of the dryer. The units are then ready to use.
Standard equipment also included:
• a stainless steel drying chamber and frame with fully-welded construction
• a polished stainless steel parts basket
• an adjustable temperature set point controller
• an infra-red heating source and vacuum, which provides shorter drying cycles at lower temperatures
